The Doctors at the Florida Center for Back and Neck Pain are participating with NEARLY EVERY INSURANCE PLAN, HMO AND PPO. Additionally, we accept assignment for AUTO ACCIDENT INJURIES, WORKERS COMPENSATION, MEDICARE, and MEDICAID.

If you do not have insurance, your benefits are exhausted or you have limited coverage, we offer payment plans, and we can offer a discount for payment at the time of service. Our fees are very competitively priced and we are pleased to make it easy for patients to come to our office.

We accept payment in the form of: Cash, Check, and all major Credit and Debit Cards.

We will work with attorney Letters of Protection that have been approved prior to the first visit.

Remember that insurance is a contract between yourself and your insurance company. We cannot guarantee what they will cover or what they will pay. We must collect copayments, coinsurances, and/or deductibles at the time of service. We will attempt to verify coverage on your behalf, but final decision-making concerning what an insurance company will pay in made at the time they consider the claim and if it differs from what they quoted to us, they do have the final say as to what they will pay.

If you wish for us to file a claim with your insurance company, please bring your insurance identification card to your first visit. If you are an auto injury patient, please bring your claim number and adjustor name.
